Latsis Custom Homes Introduces Solar Electric Pre-Wire in
New Homes

DENVER, May 12, 2009 – Launching in 2009, Latsis Custom Homes LLC will enhance its leadership position in E-Star energy performance and sustainable building practices by introducing photovoltaic solar pre-wire in all of its new homes. Photovoltaic solar panels provide electricity to the home and excess power can be sold back to the utility. While superior insulation and HVAC duct sealing provide the necessary foundation for energy savings and performance, solar is the icing on the cake.  Jim Latsis, principal of Latsis Custom Homes LLC, offers this perspective, “Energy performance is a component of quality that customers should expect.
